1.  How do I make an appointment?

On our Home Page scroll down to where it says hair services. Click on learn more and it will  take you to the array of hairstyles that we offer where you will be able to add any style you’d like to book into your cart. A calendar will pop up where you’ll be able to choose the stylist who is available with a time that works for you. You’ll have the option of paying for your hairstyle through the website or in cash. Once you put in your payment information and hit purchase you will receive an email with an electronic receipt of your purchase.

 

2. Where can I buy Shea Butter?

You can buy our all natural 100% raw shea butter by clicking on the CALASHÆ

tab on the home page. Scroll down and select the shea butter product you’d like to purchase, and it will be added into your cart.

 

3. How long does processing and shipping take?

USPS Priority Mail delivery time is 1 - 3 days with delivery confirmation.

USPS Express Mail delivery time 24 - 36 hours and items ordered with Express Mail are automatically prioritized.

 

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally.

 

5. How long does it take for an item to come back in stock?

Unfortunately we won’t be able to determine when an item is coming back in stock. We will send emails in regards to the restocking of products.

 

6. How often do you all provide discounts?

It’s hard to say how often we will be providing discounts but if you enter your email you’ll be notified once we do.

 

7. Do you test products on animals?

We do not test our products on animals.

 

8. Will my product melt/dry/freeze/expire/etc.?

Due to the nature of the ingredients extreme temperature conditions can alter the product.

 

9. How do I place an exchange or return?

Unfortunately we do not issue returns. You can place an exchange by emailing afriq.hair@gmail.com and putting “Exchange” in the subject line. In the body type in the product you have and the one you want to exchange it with.
